GFL Hybridisation Incubator 7601
With microprocessor controlled temperature regulation.
The ideal multi-functional partner for incubations and hybridisations that demand an exact reproducibility of temperatures up to +99.9°C. Special fields of application are exact hybridisations of DNA and RNA probes with nucleic acid on filter paper (Southern / Northernblots) and incubations of protein blots with antibodies (Western Blots).
Control: by microprocessor technology. It ensures a fast reaching of set temperatures and guarantees high temperature constancy.
Operation: clearly arranged panel with soft-touch keys, actual and set values can be recalled on a LED display, temperature setting in 0.1°C increments.
Security: Electronic monitoring of the temperature regulator; in case of fault, the cause is reported on the display. Electronic over-temperature cut-out (with optical alarm), dependent on the set temperature. Additional electro-mechanical temperature limiter. In case of fault and on opening the door, the heating is switched off.
Drive: Geared motor with sliding clutch. The robust, durable mechanism is service-friendly and provides for reliable continuous operation.
Cabinet: Stainless steel, with removable drip tray. The rotating rack is removable and can be loaded outside the incubator. Clip wheels can be moved along the axles. Instead of the rotating rack, the interior can be equipped with up to five non-tilt and pull-out trays (accessories). Two built-in cabinet lamps.
Housing: made of electrolytically galvanised sheet steel, powder-coated. Front door with large insulating window made of acrylic glass.
Standard equipment: two clip wheels Art. No. 7940, eight stainless steel clamps Art. No. 7937 as well as four hybridisation bottles Art. No. 7945.
The Hybridisation incubator is maintenance-free, has the TUeV seal for “Proven Safety” the CE and EAC mark.
