The MILLIFLEX OASIS® pump is a new generation vacuum pump for water and bioburden analysis in pharmaceutical environments. The pump can be distinguished using a color sticker that is placed on the pump body and also each filtration head can be coded with a colored ring. The kit contains 4 stickers from different colors and 4 rings from different color, that can all be manually installed by the operator.

General description
Milliflex® Plus head is an accessory to be used with the Milliflex® Plus vacuum pump. The compact Milliflex Plus vacuum pump streamlines filtration to accelerate QC testing. The Milliflex Oasis® filtration unit with the Milliflex® Plus vacuum pump provide an integrated solution to deliver reliable and accurate results in high throughput production environments. Sanitization is easy, so theres minimal disruption to workflow. For even greater throughput, a high-volume workstation of up to three Milliflex® PLUS pumps can be set-up and used by a single operator. Testing reveals 3 Milliflex PLUS pumps are faster than a 6-place manifold. The filtration head can be autoclaved at 121°C for 15 minutes or at 134°C for 5 minutes. The system is designed for biosafety cabinets/ laminar flow hoods, with its small footprint, low weight and easy to decontaminate surfaces.

Ready-to-use media solve numerous problems in microbiology laboratories where time, equipment and trained personnel are often in short supply. Our media are available in convenient, single test 2 mL plastic ampoules, eliminating the manipulation of glass ampoules and avoiding the waste and spoilage associated with bulk packaged media. Manufacturing and testing of ampouled media is conducted in strict accordance with precise quality control procedures to ensure optimal growth and maximum shelf life. Reagent grade water is used to clean glassware and make media. Other factors that affect media stability and performance, such as finished product pH, entrained gases, light exposure and temperature are carefully analyzed and controlled during the manufacturing process.
Orange Serum liquid media is developed specifically for the isolation and enumeration of micro-organisms that are capable of surviving in fruit juices and citrus products.{2} Fruit juices are generally acidic, with pH values ranging from approximately 2.4 for lemon juice, to 4.2 for tomato juice. The low pH of these foods is selective for yeast, moulds and a few groups of aciduric bacteria. Ready-to-use Liquid ampoule media solve numerous problems in microbiology laboratories where time, equipment and trained personnel are often in short supply. They are available in convenient, single test 2 mL plastic ampoules, eliminating the manipulation of glass ampoules and avoiding the waste and spoilage associated with bulk packaged media. Yeast colonies appear as white, creamy and large colonies. Bacteria colonies will be smaller white and transparent colonies.

Orange Serum liquid media is used for cultivating aciduric microorganisms (yeast, mold, Lactic Acid Bacteria), particularly those associated with spoilage of citrus products.{3}

This product works in combination with our 2 ml ampoule media portfolio ranging from Yeast and mold to Total count, and specific micro-organisms like E. coli detection and enumeration. The absorption capacity of Petri-Pad is 1.8-2.2 ml.

Petri dish with Petri-Pad is used to culture micro-organisms captured on a 47 mm filter through membrane filtration. It is suitable for bioburden testing of beverages and water.

Petri-Pad Petri dish is 47mm sterilized Petri dishes for use with solid agar medium. Pre-sterilized disposable 47mm dishes preloaded with sterilized absorbent pads eliminate labor cost of hand-loading pads and minimize contamination. m-ColiBlue24 Broth allows for the simultaneous detection of total coliform bacteria and Escherichia coli (E. coli) within 24 hours. An enzymatic indicator in the medium causes non-fecal total coliform colonies grown on the m-ColiBlue24 medium to be red, while the E. coli (fecal coliform) colonies are blue. The selectivity of the enzymatic indicator eliminates the need for confirmation.

Petridish with Petri-Pad for m-ColiBlue24 medium and is used in detection of total coliform bacteria in Beer, Bottled Water, Cider, Sport Drink, Wine etc.

The external power supply is an additional accessory of the EZ-Pak® Dispenser Curve. The EZ-Pak® Dispenser Curve revolutionizes filter handling for membrane filtration method testing by combining the benefits of high-speed sterile membrane dispensing, no-touch operation, and one-handed membrane transfer. The charger helps to power up the battery, and the dispenser can work with or without connection to a power outlet. A fully charged Lithium-ion battery can aid in dispensing up to 10,000 membranes. After 10 minutes of idle time, a standby mode is activated to save energy.

The external power supply is an additional accessory of the EZ-Pak® Dispenser Curve used in General microbiological analysis of Beer, Bottled Water, Pharmaceutical Products Analysis, Environmental Analysis, Bioburden Testing, and Water Monitoring.
